High-school principal Dwight Carter in this

school. Among the principles are vision, clear expectations and the development
of positive relationships -- a goal at his high school, where the staff

In a course I am currently taking we have been learning about collaboration and what it requires to have true collaboration in a school and this article reflects almost exactly what we have been discussing. There needs to be a shared vision and goals, open and clear communication, common expectations, parity, and so on. I think it is great to see a principal taking such an active role in implementing these aspects at his school!
