Texas creates committee to oversee residential facilities
A new Texas committee will seek to improve care at Texas institutions for people with severe disabilities and will review the state's nearly decadelong waiting list for home- or community-based care. The committee, created by Texas House Speaker Tom Craddick, will make recommendations by December. The Dallas Morning News
