Common anti-psychotic drugs may be ineffective

About 200,000 people with learning disabilities are treated with the drugs.
Anti-psychotic medications are not effective in treating aggression in people with learning disabilities, researchers warned after an Imperial College London study. The drugs are given to some 200,000 U.K. residents with learning disabilities, but the study found a placebo was more effective than the medications. BBC
