Device reads restaurant menus for diners with disabilities

The Menus That Talk device is designed to speak briefly and on request. (MENUS THAT TALK)

Two Orlando women with visual impairments designed Menus That Talk, a device that reads portions of restaurant menus aloud. The device, which costs as little as $300, is about the size of a hardcover book and equipped with 15 separate buttons with Braille labels that allow diners to select certain types of dishes.
