Mother with disabilities fights for right to keep child

Sabreena Westphal, 40, has cerebral palsy and is unable to walk or fully use her arms, lost her two young sons to an adoption 20 years ago and is now going to court to prevent the same from happening to her 5-year-old daughter. Social workers believe Westphal's disabilities keep her from caring for herself, much less for a child, but Westphal says that she's always wanted to be a mother.
