DYSLEXIA: Early musical training boosts language processing

People who had musical training at an early age process spoken language faster and more accurately than those who didn't, according to a Stanford University study. Researchers believe the findings could offer promise to children with reading problems, such as dyslexia. USA TODAY/Associated Press (11/17)
