DCAWP Young Writers Blog

A rare opportunity for young writers, the Young Writer's Camp at Howard University uplifts talents and creates community.

Writers, ages eight to fourteen enliven their capacities to use what Maya Angelou once called the "power of words". And they do so in a community of writers at a university setting.

I am proud of the DC Area Writing Project's Young Writers who just published online yesterday afternoon during our workshop at Howard University computer lab. Check this out:
