ADHD: Many children with ADHD still undermedicated

From the CEC Smart Brief:

Despite an increase in the number of children diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, a new study shows that many children with the condition are still not receiving treatment. "Rather than the popular belief that children are being overmedicated... in fact they're being undermedicated," said study co-author Wendy Reich, of Washington University School of Medicine, in St. Louis, Missouri.
