New Internet envisioned

As the Internet nears its 40th year, researchers say it's time for some major surgery: they are working to design a more secure, mobile and ubiquitous global network. But the cost of replacing Internet architecture could be enormous, and the number of interest groups wanting a say could hinder progress. eSchool News
