Firm vows to prevent future testing glitches

After testing glitches forced some 9,500 Virginia students to retake exams in May, the provider vowed to add staff and upgrade technology to prevent future glitches. Pearson Educational holds a six-year, $140 million contract with the state of Virginia. The Washington Post
