Groups seeking more inclusion sue New Jersey

A group of advocates for children sued the New Jersey Education Department this week, claiming the state is failing to meet its obligations to educate students with disabilities in the least restrictive environment. The suit asks the court to order more children with disabilities to be placed in mainstream classrooms with more aides and better-trained teachers. NJ.com/Associated Press
