Workers with disabilities become valued employees


As young adults with disabilities move into the working world, more in Ohio are being placed in jobs with community contact instead of nonpublic work centers. Employers say they could use more workers with an attitude like Laura Williams, 24, who has Down syndrome. The Cincinnati Enquirer
