School restaurant serves a healthy helping of life skills

A Kentucky in-school restaurant allows 25 students with special needs to show off their culinary skills once a month. "These kids need to be able to find their place in society. All of this that they're doing contributes to their self-worth," said special-education department co-chairwoman Roseann McCafferty. The Cincinnati Enquirer
