Florida mother may sue over classroom vote to eject son

The mother of a Florida kindergartner with autism whose teacher admitted leading a classroom vote to kick him out of class plans to sue the district. The child's attorney alleges that the school board subjected the boy to "physical and mental abuse" by negligence in training and supervising school staff. The Palm Beach Post
