Customer sues McDonald's over drive-through policies

Karen Tumeh, who has hearing impairments, is suing McDonald's under ADA, saying she was denied service at a Nebraska drive-through. She wanted to be able to order at the drive-through window instead of the electronic speaker because of her disability, but was instead asked to order inside.
