"Teacher's teacher" is longest-serving in Georgia district

A special-education teacher in Georgia's Bibb County is the district's longest-serving teacher, with 42 years of experience. According to her school's principal, Anne Holmes is dedicated to making sure each of her children succeed. "Anne goes far beyond the call of duty to make sure that her children are successful, not only in the classroom, but in the classroom of life when they get to the world," Central High School Principal Erin Weaver says.
