Las Vegas educators can turn everything from a windshield cover to tile samples into teaching tools, says the director of the Public Education Foundation. The Teachers Exchange, which has been operating since 2002, offers donated supplies to teachers, and the nonprofit organization is increasing efforts to attract more donors and teachers to the warehouse.
