"Energetic," focused NBCT named head of teachers union in Virginia

A National Board Certified Teacher has been named president of the Chesterfield Education Association in Chesterfield County, Va. Frank Cardella will serve two years and be on paid leave from his high-school science teaching position. "He's energetic. He's very focused," said outgoing CEA President Lois Stanton.
