U.S. Senate candidate uses disabilities to set himself apart

Steve Novick, who is running for U.S. Senate in Oregon, hopes to turn his physical disabilities into an asset: making him memorable as a different sort of politician. "I don't look like the typical politician, but I won't act like one, either," said Novick, who is 4 feet 9 inches tall and was born without his left arm and missing major bones in his knee and foot.
