Scientists find Tourette's gene

From the CEC Smart Brief:

In a joint effort involving seven universities, researchers have identified a gene linked to Tourette's syndrome, a debilitating neurological disorder that affects about 1% of the population. Project leader Matthew State says scientists generally agree that because of its complexity, TS is probably caused by the interaction of multiple genes. The Scotsman (Edinburgh) (10/14)
