AUTISM: Fewer autism diagnoses since vaccines removed mercury

Autism diagnoses nationwide fell between mid-2002 and 2005 after mercury was removed from most childhood vaccines, according to a study in the peer-reviewed Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons. However, an official from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the study reached conclusions based on unreliable data. Daily News Tribune (Waltham, Mass.) (3/2)
