Time to thank teachers

One Last Assignment: Give Your Teachers an A+

As the school year ends, Washington Post columnist John Kelly says it's time to thank teachers. "I can't think of people more vital to our future," he wrote. "You might be sitting in the Pentagon right now ... in an operating room ... dribbling a basketball in the NBA Finals ... but I have news for you: What you're doing isn't as important -- as sacred, as noble -- as teaching a child."
