Educator builds P.E. skills, confidence

As California's adapted physical-education teacher of the year, Jim Bell starts with his students abilities and builds from there. "Jim Bell doesn't just teach PE, he teaches students with disabilities to believe in themselves, to believe that they too, can make a difference in this world," parent Barba Kandarian said.
