Maryland school creates special room to reward young readers

Elementary students must earn the right to explore a Columbia, Md., reading room through independent reading or spending time listening to parents or volunteers read to them. The room filled with new children's books also features cozy beanbag chairs, so book-lovers can relax. The Washington Post
