Virginia principal, 44, found dead in park

Police are investigating the death of former special education and current elementary school principal Derek Michael "Mike" Drummond, whose body was found in a park. "He will be remembered by the thousands of students whose lives he touched," said assistant principal Louis LePore. "He was like a big Teddy Bear. He loved children and he loved his work. He brought his best to his job every day. He was a true professional." The Washington Post
