Disability advocates lead effort to delay N.J. funding plan

New Jersey advocates for children with autism and other special needs called for the state to delay school-funding changes, saying it's too late for the public to learn how their schools will be affected. The state's governor plans to release details next week, leaving lawmakers less than a month to consider the effects. NJ.com/The Star-Ledger
