Swimmer with visual impairments finds his own way

Freshman Tanis Hooker is a Michigan high school varsity swimmer despite his visual impairments that keep him from seeing the straightest path. "I don't know how he does it," said teammate Garrett Groves, a senior. "I can't even imagine swimming blind." MLive.com (Mich.)/Associated Press
