Vodafone issues card to help those with impairments use phones

In India, Vodafone Essar has launched a service to help mobile-phone customers with hearing and speech disabilities. Using a prepaid card, those who need the service can send text messages and make emergency phone calls under the trial in Kolkata. Business Standard (India)
