ADHD drugs lead to heart symptoms but few complications

Children with ADHD who take stimulant medications are more likely to experience heart-related symptoms although serious complications are rare, according to a study published in the journal Pediatrics this month. Such symptoms were 20% more likely to land such children in emergency rooms or doctor's offices, but no more likely to cause death or serious heart conditions. MSNBC/Reuters
