Lawsuit increases awareness of Web site accessibility

More companies might be tweaking their Web sites to make them more accessible to people with disabilities as the National Federation of the Blind's lawsuit against Target.com increases the issue's visibility. Census and advocacy groups are helping businesses understand that Americans with disabilities are mobile, wired and have $220 billion in discretionary income that they're willing to spend with retailers that support them.
