Osbaldo Hernandez, 17, front, organized Hispanic students at Bellevue's Interlake High School to help build a support network.

Washington state 17-year-old Osbaldo Hernandez was tired of seeing Hispanic classmates skip class and eventually drop out, so he organized a meeting with parents, who told their children about their own sacrifices.
