Trial begins over education student's MySpace page

Stacy Snyder claims in a lawsuit that she was denied a teaching degree after school officials found a photo similar to this one on her MySpace page.

Stacy Snyder, then 27, claims she was denied a teaching degree when school officials discovered her MySpace page, which allegedly contained photos of Snyder consuming alcohol, and on Tuesday her federal lawsuit against her school was slated to go to trial. Millersville University officials say Synder's unsatisfactory performance and behavior kept her from the degree, her MySpace page notwithstanding. ABC News
