Advocate for special education honored

Ivalee Sinclair, 79, will be honored this week for more than 35 years of work helping children with disabilities in Hawaii receive special services. "Because of her work, children with learning disabilities are not ignored and they receive the educational attention they need to be productive students with the fullest potential to be productive adults," said U.S. Sen.
