Father seeks class action status in Mich. lawsuit over autism coverage

A Michigan lawsuit seeking to force Blue Cross Blue Shield to cover intensive behavioral therapy for autism may be converted into a class action case if a judge rules in favor later this month. "I knew there were other parents in my situation," said Chris Johns, whose 7-year-old son was diagnosed in November 2004. The Detroit News
