Illinois Senate backs insurance coverage for autism

A Illinois bill that would require insurance companies to cover autism was approved 47-6 in the state's Senate on Tuesday. The bill has not yet been taken up by the House, but Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich also backs the measure. PJStar.com (Peoria, Ill.)/GateHouse News Service
