What makes a quality teacher?

Quality teaching combines high-level content knowledge and a "sophisticated understanding of the thing you want to teach," according to this post. A group of researchers from the University of Virginia have found that students who receive quality feedback from their teachers have more academic success.

Not only his/her understanding of the subject matter but also the passion in sharing knowledge and skills must be there.

That separate the teacher from
lecturer.

In Philippines, when the teacher reach the 5years in her career. The performance started to pause because of stagnant remuneration. Happy are those people like you but sad to say how is your student in the Phils.
