I Met The "Filipino Librarian"

He texted me early this morning, "See you later, I am wearing a yellow shirt with a big smile".
Indeed, exactly as he described himself to me, I easily recognized this young man patiently waiting for us infront of the Smithsonian Castle. I had lunch with the "Filipino Librarian", Von Totanes, earlier. It was a great feeling meeting with another Pinoy Teachers Network core group member.
Von is here for a professional development confererence in Arlington, Virginia and Baltimore, Maryland. Then, he will go straight to Toronto, Canada to pursue a Doctorate Degree in Information Science.
That's the PTN spirit Von, prove to everyone that we are globally competitive!

Teacher Sol,

I believe that you are one of the solid proof that PTN is globally competitive.

Enjoy your summer vacation..
