Company gives structure, employment to people with brain injuries

Rob Groeschen founded a small manufacturing company to help and employ people with disabilities, including his older brother, whose brain injuries prevent him from keeping most jobs. "All along I thought there's got to be something out there for him," Groeschen said. "But I just found roadblock after roadblock. I just decided I was going to have to do it on my own."
