Christiana Obey says Bridgehaven, a center that provides help for mentally ill people, saved her life.More than 1,000 people will gather today on behalf of an estimated 874,000 Kentuckians with disabilities as the governor asks agencies to cut up to 12% from their budgets at a time when disability services are needed more than ever. ChrisTiana is a person whom I know personally. I can vouch that her committment for others who are disabled are selfless and I am proud of her. I am glad to call her my best friend and fiancee'.
