I don't know how much longer I can take the dichotomy of "thanking teachers" by implementing performance pay and all this nonsense.
It makes me wonder why I became an educator if all my efforts are boiled down to simple numbers.
I can only hope that I survive this year's budget cuts. Hope all is well.
@ Mr.Dugong, I understand how you feel. No one told us that this is going to be easy, all of us educators need to step up and take a stand, now is the time...keep the faith!
